India U19: The BCCI has unveiled India's Under-19 squad for their forthcoming tour of England, set to run from June 24 to July 23, 2025. The itinerary includes a 50-over practice game, followed by a five-match Youth ODI series and two multi-day red-ball fixtures against the England U19 side.
Among the most notable selections is Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who burst onto the scene during IPL 2025 with a stunning century. The young batter, signed by Rajasthan Royals for ₹1.1 crore, scored 252 runs across seven matches at a blistering strike rate of 206.56.

His standout knock came against Gujarat Titans, where he hammered a century, tallying 18 boundaries and 24 sixes over the tournament.
Ayush Mhatre, who made his IPL debut for Chennai Super Kings as a replacement for the injured Ruturaj Gaikwad, has been named the captain for the England tour. The 17-year-old made a strong impression, collecting 206 runs in six matches at an average of 34.33, including a top score of 94. His innings featured 28 fours and eight sixes, showcasing his promise at the top level.
Abhigyan Kundu has been appointed as the team's vice-captain, bringing leadership depth to the squad. In an official statement, the BCCI confirmed: "The Junior Cricket Committee has selected India's U19 squad for the tour of England."
This tour is expected to provide valuable international experience to India's next generation of cricketers.
