BCCI appoints Radhakrishnan as travel assistant for World Cup

Mumbai, Feb 22 (UNI) The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) today announced the appointment of a travel assistant Russell V Radhakrishnan for the Indian squad during the 2007 World Cup, beginning in West Indies from next month.

BCCI chief administrative officer Prof Ratnakar Shetty, in a release here today, said Mr Radhakrishnan had been the coordinator of the Indian team in the recently concluded India-West Indies and India-Sri Lanka ODI series and now has been appointed as the travel assistant for the Indian team for the World Cup.
