Pakistan all-rounder Aamer Jamal has hit out at fomer cricketer Brad Hogg for mocking his compatriot Mohammad Rizwan's English-speaking skills, addiing that the ex Australian spinner must stick to TikTok and not engage with cricket community on X.
Hogg faced backlash on social media after he made video on which he is interviewing a content creator who impersonated Rizwan in a post-match presentation setting and made fun of the Pakistan wicketkeeper's English.

In the video doing the rounds on social media, Hogg asked the Rizwan impersonator, "What do you think about Virat Kohli?" to which he replied, I and Virat are alike. He drinks water, I drink water. He eats food, I eat food. We are both the same; there is no difference."
The content creator then used Rizwan's popular statement, 'Ya to win hai, ya learn hai (We either win or we learn)" This video has since earned mixed response, mostly negative, on social media with some fans expressing their displeasure at the 54-year-old ex cricketer being part of such a video.
"We living in the subcontinent should get out of this colonial mindset. English is not our language or mother tongue. Also, our players should speak Urdu and take your translator with it. This is our National pride, not English. Pathetic unprofessionalism by ex-cricketers!" said one user on X before the clip caught the attention of Jamal.
Jamal then took to X to defend his compatriot and slammed the Australia, telling him to become a TikToker as he only craved for attention and followers on the social media platform.
"I just watch a video which is circulating on twitter and others social media It is very shameful act from @Brad_Hogg who called himself a international cricketer making fun of @iMRizwanPak about his English which is his 3rd language not even 2nd," Jamal wrote on X.
"I would rather suggest you to become #TikToker because you might need followers and attention by making fun of other people thats the platform for you not cricket community."
