Wriddhiman Saha and Sudip Chatterjee, who switched their domestic allegiance to Tripura, have come back to represent Bengal for the upcoming domestic season.
The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) announced the probables list for the 2024-25 domestic season and both players have been included in the squad.

38 players have been named in the squad for the upcoming domestic season. Abhimanyu Easwaran is expected to captain the team although no official captain has been announced yet.
India pacers Mukesh Kumar and Akash Deep have been named in the squad while Anustup Majumdar, Shahbaz Ahmed are also among the squad. Young Delhi Capitals wicketkeeper Abishek Porel is going to play a key part for Bengal this season, as he is one among the five wicketkeepers included in the list.
Former India player Manoj Tiwary retired from professional cricket at the end of last season and will be part of the coaching team for the Vision 2028 programme by CAB. Incidentally, India pacer Mohammed Shami hasn't been named among the probables.
