The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has officially announced the second season of the Bengal Pro T20 League, which will begin immediately after the conclusion of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
With resounding success in its inaugural edition, Season 2 promises an even more thrilling cricketing spectacle for fans across Bengal and beyond. The tournament which is conducted for both men's and women's, will see the women's one conducted first this season.

The women’s tournament will precede the men’s, creating a month-long celebration of competitive franchise cricket in Bengal.
The Bengal Pro T20 League remains the only domestic franchise league in the world to operate parallel men’s and women’s competitions, each featuring eight teams. This inclusive format promotes equal opportunities and strengthens the state’s cricketing ecosystem across genders.
Each franchise represents a distinct region of Bengal and like the first year, there will be 8 teams in the tournament.
