It will be the grand opening of a new chapter of Bengal cricket as CAB's brainchild franchise T20 tournament Bengal Pro T20 League is set to start its inaugural season on June 11.
As eight teams prepare for their upcoming challenges, one team that has made a huge coup is the Harbour Diamonds. Representing the South and North 24 Paraganas, the Harbour Diamonds will be looking forward to a fruitful first season.

Their biggest coup has been the signing of Manoj Tiwary as men's team captain, while Sukanya Parida is set to lead the women's outfit.
Tiwary is a stalwart of Bengal cricket and has led the Bengal team for years. The former Indian batter will be hoping to showcase his prowess for the Harbour Boys while Parida, a known name in women's cricket would aim to emulate the same for the women's team.
The Harbour Diamonds have formed a stellar squad. With the likes of Debabrata Das, Manoj Tiwary - they have former IPL champions in their core side. Md Kaif, Prayas Ray Barman - the latter having a stint with RCB, are the other notable names in the squad. Sayan Sekhar Mondal and Vivek Singh will provide the bowling and batting depth in the squad as well.
Former India spinner Pragyan Ojha is appointed as the men's team coach for Harbour Diamonds, as they look forward to show their might in the tournament.
