The inaugural Bengal Pro T20 League is set to ablaze from Tuesday (June 11) as the franchise tournament beckons a new era in Bengal cricket.
The men's and women's competitions will see eight franchises participating and the top players of Bengal will lock horns against each other. The men's tournament starts at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday with the match between Siliguri Strikers and Harbour Diamonds.

The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB), ahead of the first match, announced a special Toss coin which will be used in the tournament.
In the women's matches, there will be a Toss Coin with the 'Heads' side consisting of the face of Women's cricket legend Jhulan Goswami. Likewise, the men's tournament will see the 'Heads' side having the face of Sourav Ganguly.
Bengal Pro T20 League revealed the special Toss coins recently to commemorate two legends of Bengal and Indian cricket. Both Goswami and Ganguly are expected to be present on Tuesday as the tournament commences its journey. Jhulan Goswami also took to social media and thanked the CAB for the recognition.
