BH-W vs MR-W Dream11 Prediction: The Brisbane Heat will face Melbourne Renegades in Match 6 of the Women’s Big Bash League 2024 on Wednesday, October 30, at the Brisbane Cricket Ground.
The Brisbane Heat will be looking to build on their winning momentum from the last match, while the Melbourne Renegades will aim to bounce back after a tough start to avoid another disappointing campaign.

The Brisbane Cricket Ground, also known as the Gabba, is known for its excellent batting conditions. The pitch offers trustable bounce and swing, which can assist pacers early on. However, as the match progresses, the pitch tends to flatten out, making it more favourable for batting.
Historically, teams batting first have had a slight advantage in afternoon matches, so winning the toss will be crucial for both captains.
The weather forecast for tomorrow in Brisbane predicts partly cloudy skies with a slight chance of a shower. Temperatures are expected to be around 26 degrees Celsius, with light winds becoming north to northeasterly at 20 to 30 km/h during the morning. Humidity levels are likely to be moderate, around 60%.
Brisbane Heat, who finished in third place in last year’s WBBL, made the perfect start to their present campaign with a convincing win over the Adelaide Strikers in their opening match. Jess Jonassen and Co. chased down a total of 134 runs with two overs remaining, courtesy of an assured knock from Charli Knott (44 runs from 30 balls).
Melbourne Renegades were a disappointment last season, finishing last with just two wins overall. Their start to WBBL 2024 has been on a losing note as well, as they failed to defend a first-innings total of 178 runs against the Sydney Strikers. Despite a fine performance from their batting team, the bowlers failed to step up to the task, with none keeping an economy rate below seven.
Both squads have injuries to consider before fielding their teams. Melbourne Renegades will be without pacer Tayla Vlaeminck, who has been ruled out of the entire WBBL 2024 after dislocating her shoulder.
Meanwhile, Brisbane Heat have lost wicketkeeper-batter Mikayla Wrigley to a throat injury. She has been replaced by Kira Holmes in the squad.
