Champions Trophy 2025: Head Coach and Coaching Staff of All Eight Teams - India, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, England

The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is set to return after an eight-year break, bringing together the top eight ODI teams for an intense battle.

Pakistan will kickstart the tournament with a huge clash against New Zealand in Karachi on February 19, while India will play all their matches in Dubai.

Group A: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, New Zealand

Group B: Australia, South Africa, England, Afghanistan

Hosted by Pakistan, the tournament will feature world-class cricketing talent, but beyond the players, a crucial role will be played by the coaching staff guiding each team. Here's a look at the full list of coaching staff for all participating teams.

Pakistan

Head Coach: Aaqib Javed
Assistant Coach: Azhar Mahmood
Batting Coach: Shahid Aslam
Fielding Coach: Mohammad Masroor
Spin Bowling Coach:

A former fast bowler for Pakistan, Aaqib Javed took over as interim head coach in October 2024 after Gary Kirsten's departure. PCB also appointed the other coaches ahead of Champions Trophy.

India

Head Coach: Gautam Gambhir
Batting Coach: Sitanshu Kotak
Assistant Coaches: Abhishek Nayar and Ryan ten Doeschate
Bowling Coach: Morne Morkel
Fielding Coach: T. Dilip

Former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir has been instrumental in reshaping the team's approach and will be up for the huge task. South Africa legend Morne Morkel is working as the bowling coach while Sitanshu Kotak will be providing guidance to the batters.

Bangladesh

Head Coach: Phil Simmons
Batting Coach: David Hemp
Fast Bowling Coach: Andre Adams
Spin Bowling Coach: Mushtaq Ahmed

Appointed in late 2024, Simmons brings vast coaching experience, having worked with multiple international teams, including the West Indies and Afghanistan. Apart from that, former Pakistan spinner Mushtaq Ahmed is working as their spin bowling coach, while New Zealand legend Andre Adams is appointed as coach for fast bowlers.

England

Assistant Coach: Paul Collingwood
Batting Coach: Marcus Trescothick
Spin Bowling Coach: Jeetan Patel
Pace Bowling Consultant: Neil Killeen

The former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum has been leading England's approach across formats, bringing his aggressive and fearless cricketing philosophy to the squad. England legends Marcus Trescothick and Paul Collingwood are also working in important roles.

Australia
