The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday (February 12) announced three Shaheen squads for the Champions Trophy 2025 warm-up matches against Afghanistan, South Africa and Bangladesh respectively.
The warm-up fixtures will take place after the ODI tri-nations series, between February 14 to 17, in the lead-up to the main tournament, beginning from February 19 to March 9. These will be the final round of preparations for the side before the beginning of the Champions Trophy.

Unlike other ICC events, only South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and New Zealand will be playing practice matches ahead of the Champions Trophy tournament proper gets underway on February 19 in Karachi.
The Pakistan Shaheens teams will take on Afghanistan, South Africa and Bangladesh, while New Zealand will face the Afghans in the other warm up clash. The likes of India, England, Australia and Pakistan will not be playing any warm up matches as they will be fresh from ODI outings.
As per ICC, Shadab Khan will lead the Pakistan Shaheens against Afghanistan at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on February 14, while the other two Shaheens' teams will compete in Karachi and Dubai on February 17 against South Africa and Bangladesh.
In Karachi, Mohammad Hurraira will lead the Shaheens against South Africa at the National Stadium in Karachi. Mohammad Haris will serve as the Shaheens' captain against Bangladesh at ICC Cricket Academy in Dubai.
New Zealand, who face Pakistan in the final of the Tri-Series this week, will play their warm-up match against Afghanistan on February 16 in Karachi. Here is a look at the squads followed by schedule:
