Champions Trophy: Best OPPO moments from Pakistan-Sri Lanka match

Cardiff, June 13: Pakistan knocked Sri Lanka out and entered the semi-finals of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 here on Monday (June 12).

It was a tense 3-wicket win for the Sarfraz Ahmed-led side at Sophia Gardens stadium. Thanks to Sarfraz's unbeaten 61, Pakistan overcame a middle order collapse to cross the finish line.

1. Sarfraz hitting the winning runs after a tense chase

This was the Best OPPO Moment of the Match. Captain Sarfraz led from the front with an unbeaten half century. He sent Pakistan into the semi-finals with a boundary off Lasith Malinga on the 5th ball of the 45th over. This was the best Hatke Moment of the Match. The right-hander remained calm under pressure as he and Amir put on 75 runs for the 8th wicket (unfinished). Sarfraz won the Man-of-the-match award.

2. Sarfraz-Amir partnership

The game-changing partnership came towards the end of the contest as Sarfraz and Amir held their nerves to keep Sri Lanka bowlers at bay. The duo came together with Pakistan in trouble at 162/7. This was the second Best OPPO Moment.

3. Niroshan Dickwella's 73

Sri Lankan total would not have touched the 200-run mark if not for opener Dickwella's half century. He impressed with an 86-ball 73 with 4 boundaries. He was the top scorer for the team.

4. Fakhar Zaman's half century

Left-handed Zaman set the platform for Pakistan's run chase with a fluent 50 off 36 balls with 8 fours and a six. This was his highest ODI score. He was playing his 2nd innings in the 50-over internationals. He and Azhar Ali added 74 runs for the opening wicket.
