Chappell to work as a consultant in Cricket Australia's academy

Sydney, June 6 (UNI) Former Indian coach Greg Chappell has been appointed as a consultant for Cricket Australia's Centre of Excellence in Brisbane today.

Chappell, along with former Australian fast bowler Bruce Reid have been roped in to work part-time in the academy, according to 'Sydney Mortning Herald'.

Reid had also worked with the Indian cricket team as its bowling coach during India's tour of Australia in 2003.

John Wright was Cricket Australia's first choice for the post, but he turned down the offer expressing his inability to relocate his family.
