"He's a special batsman, probably the best batsman in the modern era. I think I'm lucky to get him out 5 times. Of course, it will give me great pleasure, taking his wicket," the star Bangladesh all-rounder told the official broadcaster.

Kohli, a master batsman revered and feared by many, expressed his respect for the Bangladesh captain. Citing the example of India's versatile all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, Kohli underlined the impact of all-rounders. Besides, he also noted the importance of overlooking the size or reputation of teams in tournaments like the World Cup. Specifying that there are no weak teams, Kohli cautioned against focusing only on the major teams as it might lead to unexpected upsets.

India have beaten Bangladesh in the last three ODI World Cups i.e. 2011, 2015, and 2019. The Men In Blue are looking in red-hot form and will be aiming to continue the winning streak against Men in Green and Red. However, they can't afford to take their opponents lightly.
