Ayazuddin dead: Cricketer Azhar's deadly Eid gift killed son

Hyderabad, Sep 16: Ayazuddin, the younger son of former Cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin died at the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad on Friday, Sept 16. Amid this grave situation, Azharuddin might not forgive himself as Ayazuddin had met with the accident when he was riding the 1000 cc Suszuki motorcycle which was gifted by his Azhar on Eid.

A medical bulletin in the hospital on Thursday informed that Ayaz remained unconscious, his neurological condition following hypoxia (oxygen deficiency causing a very strong drive to correct the deficiency) because of cardiac arrest continues to remain of "grave concern". However, on Friday morning, doctors confirmed the news about Ayazuddin's death.

19-year-old Ayazuddin was riding his brand new 1000 cc imported Suzuki motorcycle with his cousin 16-year-old Ajmal-ur-Rehman when the tragedy struck. It has been reported that the bike slipped killing Ajmal in the impact. Ajmal is the grandson of former Congress Rajya Sabha MP Khalil-ur-Rehman.

Meanwhile, many people also claimed that Ayazuddin met with the deadly accident while allegedly participating in a bike race over a bet money of whopping Rs 1 lakh.
