The El Clasico of the Indian Premier League will be taking place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Saturday (May 6) as Chennai Super Kings host Mumbai Indians in the first of the two matches.
It promises to be a monumental clash between the two teams. Previously this match was considered the 1000th match of IPL, but that was duly corrected by the IPL and Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals took part in the 1000th match a few days ago.

But this will be another pivotal tie between the two most successful franchises, with a play-off race on our horizon.
