Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will aim for back-to-back wins as the defending champions push for a top four finish when they lock horns with Punjab Kings (PBKS) in match 49 of IPL 2024 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Wednesday (May 1).

PBKS, on the other hand, rode on Jonny Bairstow’s unbeaten 106 and Shashank Singh 68 not out off 28 balls to pull of the highest successful run-chase in T20 cricket history after KKR had posted a daunting 261 in the first innings.
