CSK vs SRH Prediction: Former India cricketer and batting coach Sanjay Bangar believes Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will beat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in match 43 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Friday (April 25).
Former champions - five-time winners CSK and 2016 winners SRH will clash in the bottom of the table clash with the loser of the match possibly facing elimination from the playoff race and also stare at a possible wooden spoon finish.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni's CSK currently occupy the tenth spot after six defeats in eight matches, while Pat Cummins' SRH also possess a similar record and sit in the ninth spot on the IPL 2025 points table.
On paper, CSK's bowling is much better than SRH's attack, while it's the opposite when it comes to batting ability based on the current season's form. SRH's explosive batting unit, however, has failed to live up to their hype as CSK also have not been able to utilize their strong spin department.
Ahead of their meeting at Chepauk, ex Indian cricketer-turned commentator Bangar has backed CSK to topple SRH by using a spin-friendly track with their bowling attack that includes the likes of Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Noor Ahmad.
"I believe CSK will win against SRH. CSK's spin strength, backed by MSD, will be key, and they'll ensure there's assistance for the spinners. The team is evolving, moving away from their earlier pattern with more focus on youngsters. SRH, on the other hand, has been inconsistent," Bangar said during Kuhl Fans Match Centre Live on JioHotstar.
Although they have lost three in four outings at their fortress in Chennai this season, CSK will take confidence from their home record against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, who have lost all five of their games on their travels to the Chepauk.
