David Warner has backed Virat Kohli to feature in the World Cup 2031. The 37-year-old opener, who was part of Australia's World Cup 2023-winning team, asserted that Virat Kohli is fit and loves the game to last till World Cup 2031.
However, Kohli, who would be 43-year-old in 2031, is unlikely to play the game for so long. But chances of him featuring in the World Cup 2027, at the age of 39, are considerable.

Virat Kohli won the Man of the Tournament award for piling up over 750 runs in the World Cup 2023. He hit a total of three hundreds and six fifties, and averaged 95.62.
The right-handed batting star recently took a break from white-ball cricket. He was named in the ongoing 5-match T20I series against Australia. He is very unlikely to feature in the upcoming T20I and ODI series against South Africa in December.
Further, Warner also replied to a fan who asked him to feature in the World Cup 2027 scheduled to be held in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. "2031," he replied with a couple of laughing emojis.
Warner was part of the Australia squad for the ongoing T20I series against India. But he left home after the World Cup 2023 to prepare for his last Test series. Warner has expressed his desire to feature in the T20 World Cup 2024.
