Delhi Capitals host playoff aspirant Chennai Super Kings in match 67 of the IPL 2023 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on double-header Saturday (May 20) with the match set to start at 3:30 PM IST.

DC led by David Warner will look to carry winning momentum and end the season on a high following victory over Punjab Kings, while Mahendra Singh Dhoni's CSK will look to bounce back from defeat to Kolkata Knight Riders and push for a second place finish.

DC opened their campaign with five successive defeats, but responded with four wins in five matches to get into playoff contention. But all those hopes ended following back-to-back defeats in the last two matches. However, they stopped the slide with a victory over PBKS.

CSK, meanwhile, opened their campaign with defeat to GT, but bounced back with two successive wins before being pegged back at home by Rajasthan Royals. The four-time winners, however, have won five in the last nine matches with recent result being defeat to KKR.

DC are already out of contention from entering the playoffs, but CSK have all to play for on Saturday (May 20) evening with a chance to finish in the second position up for grabs.

This will be the second meeting between DC and CSK this season. In the reverse fixture that took place in Chennai earlier this month, MS Dhoni's late onslaught powered CSK to 167 before Matheesha Pathirana and Deepak Chahar starred with the ball to restrict DC to 140.

The two sides will now clash at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, where several players including CSK's Ravindra Jadeja, Ambati Rayudu and Ajinkya Rahane, have a chance to reach milestones or break records.
