Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals both have named one debutant each in their IPL 2024 match Today (May 7) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
Rajasthan Royals won the toss and chose to bat first and RR skipper Sanju Samson confirmed two changes in the team. Shubham Dubey and Donovan Ferreira have been handed an opportunity, and the latter is making his IPL debut. On the other hand, Shimron Hetmyer has missed out along with Dhruv Jurel.

"We would like to bowl first, looks like a good wicket to chase. We are comfortable doing both. The environment in the team is what pleases me, we have great characters, of course winning helps. Dhruv and Hetmyer are unavailable. Shubham Dubey and Donovan Ferreira are coming in," Samson said after winning the Toss.
Donovan Ferreira is a South African wicketkeeper-batter known for his hard-hitting. The 25-year-old has played 2 T20IS for the Proteas and plays for Joburg Super Kings in SA20.
Delhi Capitals captain also confirmed two changes in the side as Ishant Sharma and Gulbadin Naib came into the side. Mukesh Kumar has also returned to the team. DC left out Prithvi Shaw, Lizaad Williams while Rasikh Salam was moved to the substitutes.
Gulbadin Naib was brought in as a replacement for Mitchell Marsh. The 32-year-old Afghanistan international is a bowling all-rounder. He has played 64 T20Is for Afghanistan and is a handy batter down the order as well.
