DC vs SRH: As Delhi Capitals (DC) take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 35 of the IPL 2024 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Saturday, April 20, focus will be on David Warner, Ishant Sharma, and Khaleel Ahmed.

IPL 2024: Three Delhi Capitals players who have played for SRH

David Warner: The Australian opener is arguably the greatest and the most successful player to play for SRH. He led the franchise to a title win in 2016. However, David Warner's exit from SRH was an unceremonious affair. The rift between him and SRH management was public, and he moved to Delhi Capitals in 2022.

Warner suffered a finger injury against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), and missed the following match against Gujarat Titans (GT). A decision on his participation will be taken ahead of the match.

Ishant Sharma: The lanky pacer played for Sunrisers Hyderabad from 2013 to 2015. He picked 25 wickets in 29 matches at an economy rate of 8.54, and an average of 36.8. After being left unsold at IPL 2024 auction, Delhi Capitals roped back Ishan Sharma at his base price in the following year.

Khaleel Ahmed: The left-arm pacer spent four years at SRH before moving to Delhi in 2022. He was bought by SRH for Rs 3 crore ahead of the IPL 2018. Delhi bought the India international for Rs 5.25 crore. Khaleel Ahmed picked 33 wickets for SRH in 24 innings.
