Sunrisers Hyderabad registered a comprehensive victory over Delhi Capitals in the first match at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Saturday (April 20).
It was a batting blitzkrieg from SRH once again, who scored 266 runs after the Capitals put them into bat. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma were in full throttle as they amassed 125 runs in powerplay, the most in T20 cricket history.

There were sixes galore everywhere, as a total of 31 sixes were hit in the match. Sunrisers scored the majority of those as they cleared the fence 22 times, equalling the most in a T20 innings.
Amid the raining sixes, a rare sight was visible at the boundary as all the ball boys were wearing helmets. These players now hit with a lot of power and it can sometimes go on to hit and injure anyone in the ground.
Although the spectators need protection, the ball boys are often in the biggest risk zone as they are in the firing line. Hence, as a protective measurement, the boys at the fence were seen wearing helmets to escape any potential injury.
Twitter reacted to the rare scene as the ball boys shielded themselves with helmets. Here are some of the reactions-
Here is a fan who saw the funnier side of the ball boys wearing a helmet.
Delhi Capitals were bundled out for 199 runs as SRH registered a victory by 67 runs. With that, the Sunrisers have now climbed to the 2nd spot with 10 points in seven matches. Delhi Capitals also slip down to 7th position as they now have 6 points in eight matches.
