Dhanashree Verma and husband Yuzvendra Chahal were seen ducking for cover after a six hit by Shreyas Iyer during ICC World Cup 2023 match between India and Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Iyer smashed the longest six of the ongoing tournament with the ball travelling into the second tier, where the Chahal-Dhanashree couple were seated with other cricketers partners, who all tried to escape from being struck by the ball.

During his knock of 82, one of Iyer's sixes went 106m and when he hit the six, the ball landed at a place where Indian cricket team star Chahal and Dhanashree were sitting and the video of them duck for cover seeing the huge six went viral.
Earlier, the trio of Dhanashree, Chahal and Iyer were spotted at a birthday party in which they posed for a picture together, putting to rest the wild rumour of a relationship brewing between Iyer and Dhanashree.
Earlier this year, Iyer was pictured with Dhanashree, the wife of Chahal several times, leading to a gossip on social media that the pair must be in a relationship with some stooping to a low of calling out Dhanashree for cheating on Chahal.
Chahal and Dhanashree had quashed all the rumors of their separation with a brand-new reel. The couple had shared a video of themselves enacting a Bollywood movie scene. But that did not put an end to the gossip.

In fact the rumours got even more mileage after Chahal had posted a cryptic Instagram story that read ' New lIfe Loading, and was followed by his choreographer wife removing the 'Chahal' surname from her Instagram bio.
All this led to fans on social media to believe rumours of their separation. Later, Dhanashree also took to social media to urge fans to stop speculating about their relationship as she felt it was very 'hateful and hurtful.'
