Dhoni possesses capability to be an excellent skipper

Kolkata, Sep 24 (UNI) Former India captain Sourav Ganguly today said Mahendra Singh Dhoni has the capability to emerge as one of the finest skippers of the country given his leadership quality as reflected in a short span of captaincy.

'' His presence in the team will be better for the future of Indian cricket. He does not need my advice so far Twenty20 format of the game is concerned as he is more experienced than me in the same, '' Ganguly said on the sidelines of a Tata Tele Services function here.

Ganguly, who spoke hours before the T20 final at the Wanderers in Johannesburg, said, '' Yuvraj Singh is undergoing a dream phase of his career but it is the teamwork that clinches a match.
