When Mahendra Singh Dhoni served notice by JSHB

Ranchi, May 9: Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been issued a notice.

Reportedly, in the notice the Jharkhand State Housing Board (JSHB) has asked Dhoni why a "illegally allotted plot" adjacent to his originally allotted land would not be cancelled.

Whole issue has been kept secret till now and even on Friday when whole matter came in the public domain, JSHB Managing Director Dillip Kumar Jha refused to speak.

What is the issue?

Dhoni, who had been allotted the plot by the state for his exemplary cricketing display in 2006, has been asked to reply within 15 days as to why the illegally allotted cut plotnot be cancelled at his Harmu Housing Colony.

Dhoni reportedly got a 5002 square feet plot originally before getting another 4780 square feet as "cut plot" adjacent to the original one, inviting the notice to him. JSHB Managing Director Dillip Kumar Jha refused to speak on the matter.
