Do and die situation for Mumbai against Rajasthan Royals

By Staff

Jaipur, May 25 (UNI) It will be a do and die situation for the Tendulkar led Mumbai against the hosts Rajasthan Royals in the IPL Cricket Tie to be held at the SMS Stadium here on Monday.

Mumbai, who is placed fifth with 12 points from 12 matches would need victories in their remaining two ties, if they wanted to make it in the last four. They will play their last league match against Royal Challengers Banglore on May 28. Rajasthan Royals has an unbeaten record on this ground as they have won all the six matches they have played here so far.

Rajasthan Royals has nothing to lose in this match as they had already entered the semi-finals with 20 points from 12 matches. But they would like to maintain their unbeaten record besides taking a revenge of their defeat at the hands of Mumbai by seven wickets in the first round in Mumbai.

Taking the home advantage and no pressure upon them Rajasthan Royals would not leave any stone unturned to beat their opponents.

Their morale is very high as they are on top of the table in an eight team league.
