England start their Ashes summer by hosting neighbours Ireland in a One-off four-day Test match at the Home of Cricket - Lord's in London, starting from Thursday (June 1).
After the two sides clash in the only Test, they will lock horns in a three-match ODI series before Australia arrive for a near two-month long Ashes, which will be a five-match Test series, starting from June 16.

England have injury concerns around some of their quicks as Ollie Robinson and James Anderson are nursing injuries from County Championship fixtures while Jofra Archer has been ruled out for the summer with an elbow injury.
Meanwhile, Ireland have also made a change to their fast bowling resources for the Test with uncapped seamer Matthew Foster replacing Conor Olphert who is still recovering from a knee injury.
This will only be the second Test between the two nations - England and Ireland. Interestingly, the first one, played in 2019 was also a four-day affair, which England won by 143 runs.
The 2019 match was also played at the Home of Cricket, where England won despite being bowled out for 85 in the first innings as the hosts bundled out the visitors for just 38 in the second innings.
