Three players will make their Test debut during veteran James Anderson's farewell game at the Home of Cricket - Lord's in London on Wednesday (July 10) as England and West Indies have announced their playing 11 for the first Test of the three-match series.
As Anderson brings down curtains on his over a two-decade long international career, England's Gus Atkinson and Jamie Smith as well as West Indies' Mikyle Louis will play their first-ever Test match at the iconic venue.

The 41-year-old, who is highest wicket-taker in Tests for pace bowlers with 700 wickets in the longest format, will be playing his 188th and final Test as announced earlier this year as England look to the future.

Apart from the aforementioned names, the rest of the England team will remain same with Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett opening ahead of Ollie Pope, with Joe Root, Harry Brook and skipper Ben Stokes making up the rest of the batting order.
The visitors, on the other hand, have opted for Louis to open with skipper Kraigg Brathwaite with the 23-year-old from St Kitts beating off Zac McCaskie to a spot in the West Indies XI.
