Entertainers Cricket League 2024: Elvish Yadav's Haryana Hunters win inaugural Final - Result, Award Winners

In a gripping finale of the inaugural Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) 2024, the Haryanvi Hunters, led by Elvish Yadav, emerged victorious by beating Lucknow Lions on Sunday (September 22).

The Hunters clinched the title with an outstanding performance, showcasing their dominance throughout the match as they won the match with ease.

ECL 2024 Final - As it Happened

The final match was a spectacle of skill and strategy, as the Haryanvi Hunters showcased their prowess by achieving a monumental victory in just 7.1 overs.

Lucknow Lions won the Toss and elected to bat first. Lions initially struggled after losing early wickets, thanks to Rohit Lamba's exceptional bowling, which saw him taking three wickets in a single over. Despite this setback, Aman Deep Singh and Ashish Meena played crucial knocks to propel them to 131 for 9 in their allocated ten overs. Aman Deep scored 46 off 17 balls, whereas Meena scored 35 runs facing same number of deliveries.

In the run chase, Elvish Yadav gave the Hunters an explosive start. He hit four sixes in the first over and raced to 30 runs off just 8 deliveries. After Elvish's departure, Anujj Chaudhary scored an unbeaten 63 runs off merely 18 balls to clinch the victory. Lalit Yadav added to the excitement by hitting a massive six, ensuring the Hunters' victory with style and domination.

The Haryana captain Elvish Yadav was ecstatic after his team's victory in the final.
