Former India bowler Zaheer Khan and his wife Sagarika Ghatge visited the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Maharashtra.
In a world which provokes people in the name of religion, Zaheer is the exception that probably the mankind needs to revive itself.

Zaheer was seen offering his prayers at the temple along with his wife, and he spoke about his close ties to the place. He spoke at length about his childhood connection and also mentioned the respect his wife Sagarika has for the holy place.
"My birthplace is Shrirampur, which is very close to Shirdi. Even when I used to play cricket, I used to come here a lot and played many tournaments. Whenever we get an opportunity, we come here. Also, Sagarika has a huge respect for the 'Baba' and she comes here often. And we have come together this time, which is great," Zaheer was seen speaking to one of Shirdi Temple's officials.
Zaheer, in his days, was a harmony in motion with his bowling action. The left-arm pacer distinguished himself to be one of India's greats, and even after his retirement, Zaheer seems to have kept the 'Harmony' part in his dictionary - this time Religious Harmony.
In a world which provokes people against each other in the name of religion, Zaheer Khan epitomizes how humans are supposed to co-exist. The almighty of all the different beliefs can be uttered with respect and Zaheer's visuals at the temple must be a strong example of that.
Zaheer will be in mentoring action soon in the IPL 2025. The former Mumbai Indians coaching staff has joined Lucknow Super Giants and will be keen to leave his imprint at the grandest stage of franchise cricket.
