The 100 metres final at Rio Games is scheduled for Sunday at 10.25 PM Local Time (6.55 PM IST - Monday August 15). The heats are on August 13 followed by the semi-finals next day.

India and West Indies begin on-field battle in the 3rd Test today (August 9) at Gros Islet, St. Lucia. Ahead of the match, Kohli was asked about Olympics and he said he likes swimming, diving and track and field events.

"We are following Olympics everyday evening, whenever we get time. I like swimming, diving and obviously track and field is the most favourite for all. And we were talking about August 14 when we will be travelling. (Usain) Bolt is running on the 14th. So we don't want to miss that.

"We were figuring out the timings as to when we will land and reach the hotel and catch the action. As athletes, we are not Olympic athletes but there is always keen interest in such events. Olympics is a 15-day event and it is the biggest. The excitement (of Olympics) is totally different," Kohli said.

Usain Bolt

29-year-old Bolt, the Jamaican multiple World and Olympic champion, is aiming for another record, this time completing a triple triple of golds. Bolt won 100m, 200m, 4x100m golds at previous 2 Games (2008 Beijing, 2012 London).

The 3rd Test will end on August 13 and the Indian team will travel to Port of Spain for the 4th and final Test which starts on August 18.
