Form will return once Im fully fit: Yuvraj

Kolkata, Jan 20 (UNI) Dashing middle-order bat Yuvraj Singh today said form will not be a problem if he was completely fit, mentally and physically.

Talking to the reporters here where he had come to play Twenty20 for Indian Airlines, Yuvraj said, ''This is my second game after being declared fit. It felt good to be on the field. I will push myself hard tomorrow in the field.'' ''I can't give a date on my return. The legs are feeling better and if I feel that I am fully fit I will give a report to John Gloster and if not then also I will let him know about that,'' he said, on his possible return.

Asked about getting into form after the long lay-off, he said, ''Form is not a problem. Once I am completely fit mentally and physically, runs will come.'' On him getting out cheaply, he said,''Its hard to get into the groove straight away. Im not concentraing on my batting so much as my running between the wickets and fielding. I am pushing myself.'' Yuvraj, appearing for Indian Airlines, scored seven runs and took two wickets.

On Twenty20, cricket he said, ''Its pure entertainment. It brings more people to the ground. I played this format during my stint in the county.'' Yuvraj had played county cricket for Yorkshire.

Asked about a place in the ODI side in World Cup, he said, ''It's still far away. I am concentrating on getting back into match fitness first.

On the current captaincy and vice-captaincy, he said, ''Its always an honour to get such a post. Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar are best suited for the job.'' UNI
