Chennai, April 11: Sunrisers Hyderabad's (SRH) Ishant Sharma was lampooned on the social media after the paceman's poor bowling performance against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in a IPL 2015 match here today.

Ishant, who missed the recently concluded World Cup due to injury, returned to competitive cricket on Saturday. But his comeback game was a forgettable one.

The tall fast bowler was plundered for 46 runs in 3 overs without a wicket. He also bowled 4 no-balls. Brendon McCullum was severe on him, ransacking 30 off the 12 deliveries he faced from the right-armer. McCullum smashed 100 not out off 56 balls as CSK posted 209/4.

Ishant has not always been the favourite among some of the fans. And again, they targeted him, on the social media. "Ishant Sharma" was trending on Twitter on Saturday evening.
