Full List of Uncapped Indian and Overseas Players in IPL Auction 2025: From Ashutosh Sharma To Rasikh Dhar

The ten franchises will look to add players to their squads during the upcoming IPL 2025 Mega Auction, which is scheduled to take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Sunday (November 24) and Monday (November 25).

A total of 574 players have made it to the final IPL Auction Players list and over 200 players will go under the hammer as teams look to build their squads for the next season of Indian Premier League that is slated to take place in the March to May window in 2025.

Up to 204 players, including 70 overseas slots can be filled during the auction process. The auction will see the first 117 players being called out in set wise order, while the remaining will head to the accelerated process, wherein the franchises will pick a list of players to be called up in the auction.

While some teams can afford to go big on the star names like Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, Jos Buttler and Shreyas Iyer to name a few, some teams with a smaller budget will look to assemble squads by signing up some names that are yet to announce themselves on the international stage.

Like every other auction, the upcoming mega auction list too has majority of uncapped players and some could fetch big money based on their previous IPL numbers as well as the domestic performance.

Among the 574 players, 330 are uncapped players. And of the 330 uncapped players, 318 players are Indians, while the rest of the list features players from Afghanistan (1), Australia (2), England (4), South Africa (2), New Zealand (1) and Sri Lanka (2).

Some of the players that could tempt the franchises are Ashutosh Sharma, Nehal Wadhera, Anuj Rawat, Sameer Rizwi and Mahipal Lomror among others, who have all made an impression in previous editions of IPL.

The extensive list also features some of the capped Indian players who become eligible as uncapped players, having last played an international match over five years ago. Piyush Chawla, Mohit Sharma, Vijay Shankar, Karn Sharma and Mayank Markande all enter the auction as uncapped players.
