Full list of players picked by Pune and Rajkot at IPL draft

Mumbai, Dec 15: The first-ever players draft for the 9th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) was held today (December) in Mumbai with 7 Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and 3 Rajasthan Royals (RR) cricketers picked.

The star attraction of the draft, MS Dhoni was signed up by the Pune franchise. The draft was held for two new teams - Pune and Rajkot, who replaced the suspended CSK and RR. There were 50 players in the draft and those were not picked (40) will be part of the auction on February 6 in Bengaluru.

Pune and Rajkot were allowed to choose 5 each (Maximum of 4 capped Indian players). The price limit was set by IPL before the draft.
