Gaddafi Stadium Stats and Records: The venue in Lahore, which is the home to the Pakistan gaddafi teams, Lahore Regional Cricket Association, Central Punjab cricket team and PSL side Lahore Qalandars, has hosted several historic and high-profile matches over the years.
The Gaddafi Stadium, one of the four host venues during the Champions Trophy 2025, will first host a minimum four matches, including one of the semi-final, in the eight-team ICC event, starting with the clash of the Ashes rivals Australia and England.

The venue, which was recently renovated to stage the big ICC tournament, will next host Afghanistan and England in another Group B match before playing hosts to Australia vs Afghanistan followed by the second semi-final next month and potentially the final if India don’t reach the title clash.
The Lahore venue has hosted as many as 133 international matches so far and many Pakistan Super League as well as domestic matches over the years. The venue has also served as host to six ODI World Cup matches – two in 1987 and four in 1996, including the final.
