'Ladai mera sirf....': Gautam Gambhir's comment on Virat Kohli goes viral on Social Media again!

Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli are two fiery characters. Despite being in the vicinity of each other during their India days, the pair have collided on the field various times.

And the most recent comments of Gambhir on Virat Kohli has also gained widespread attention on social media. Gambhir and Kohli have been at odds many times, but this time, Gambhir's comment on the India batter is circulating for all the positive reasons.

Gambhir was on a show with Star Sports where he was asked against which bowler Virat Kohli scored his 50th ODI century. And the former India player answered confidently that Lockie Ferguson was the bowler.

The other panelist Piyush Chawla was left impressed with the answer from Gambhir and the current KKR mentor was also all smiles. And then Gambhir told the presenter to play his answer many times and cheekily confirmed that his fight with Kohli was only on-field.

"To ye aap baar baar dikhana ki mereko saab kuch yaad rehta hain. Ladai mera sirf on the field hain. (So please show this clip again and again. I remember everything. My fight is only on the field)," Gambhir said with a smile on his face.

Virat Kohli notably scored his historical 50th ODI century in the World Cup 2023 semifinal against New Zealand. His milestone century meant he also surpassed the legend Sachin Tendulkar, who had 49 ODI centuries in his career.

Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli have been at loggerheads a few times on the field. Their very first spat came in the IPL during the 2013 season, when Gambhir and Kohli were captains of KKR and RCB respectively. And their latest controversial moment came in IPL 2023, where the duo were involved in a heated exchange of words.
