Team India's head coach Gautam Gambhir and former Indian captain Virat Kohli grabbed the headlines after they were involved in a candid interaction ahead of the home Test series against Bangladesh.

The caption of the video reads, "When an unstoppable force meets an immovable object - cricket’s greatest paradox, personified Presenting an iconic interaction between #TeamIndia Head Coach Gautam Gambhir and the legendary Virat Kohli!"

During the candid interaction, Gautam Gambhir reserved the highest respect for India's pace bowling trio - Mohammed Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami wherein he highlighted the one common trait among the pacers. He emphasized that their love for bowling goes beyond enjoyment. This deep connection with their bowling craft is what sets them apart and bolsters India's bowling lineup.

"One thing which is very common is that they enjoy doing what they are doing. Not even enjoy, they love doing what they are doing. So that is something Mohammed Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami for that matter. These guys, they love bowling. For them it was a kind of meditation. For them it was kind of peace because when they were bowling, they were in that zone. And that's the reason why India has such a strong bowling lineup. And hopefully in coming future, we can identify those kind of guys who love bowling, who wants to just go out there and keep doing it day in day out," Gambhir added.

Mohammed Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah have been regular features across formats whereas Mohammed Shami has been dealing with fitness issues of late. On the bowling front, Siraj has taken 74 wickets in Tests, 71 wickets in ODIs and 14 wickets in T20Is whereas Bumrah took 159 wickets in Tests, 149 wickets in ODIs and 89 wickets in T20Is. Shami took 229 wickets in Tests, 195 wickets in ODIs and 24 wickets in T20Is.

Siraj and Bumrah will be back in action for the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh whereas Shami was not considered to be fit to play in either the Duleep Trophy or the Test series against Bangladesh owing to an injury that he had picked up during the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023.
