GT vs CSK, IPL 2024: Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan Smash Centuries, Share Record-Equalling Opening Stand

Gujarat Titans openers Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan smashed centuries on route to a record-equalling opening stand in Indian Premier League history on Friday (May 10) in IPL 2024 match 59 against Chennai Super Kings.

Gill (104 off 55 balls) and Sudharsan (103 off 51 balls) went level with Lucknow Super Giants pair KL Rahul and Quinton de Kock by combining for 210 for opening wicket in the match against CSK.

Rahul and De Kock had achieved the feat in 2022 season against Kolkata Knight Riders at the DY Patil Sports Academy Ground in Navi Mumbai. LSG went on to win the match by just 2 runs.
