Hardik Pandya's GT will look to make it two wins on the trot following the near impossible victory over Lucknow Super Giants when they face Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians, who suffered their third defeat of the season at the hands of Punjab Kings.

GT opened their campaign with victories over Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals before suffering a defeat to Kolkata Knight Riders, but got back among the wins with a victory over PBKS before the defeat to RR that followed a victory over LSG.

MI, on the other hand, opened their campaign with defeats to Royal Challengers Bangalore and CSK before going on a three-match winning streak against DC, KKR and SRH before the latest setback against PBKS.

Here are four players who can star for their team with the ball in the match between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans, and end up as the top wicket-takers in Match 35 of IPL 2023.

Mohammed Shami (GT): The Indian spearhead has continued to impress in the death as well as powerplay this season, bowling dot balls and claiming wickets at every juncture of the game. Shami has taken 10 wickets so far and is expected to add to his tally on current form.

Jofra Archer (MI): The English pace spearhead returned to action in the last match. Although he went wicket-less at the Wankhede, Archer is likely to add to his wicket column at the Narendra Modi Stadium, which has offered quick bowlers some assistance.

Rashid Khan (GT): The Afghanistan leg-spinner, who has always been among the wickets since in IPL debut, has so far taken 12 wickets in 6 matches and is always expected to add to his tally. Rashid is currently the top wicket-taker for GT and is in the purple cap race.

Piyush Chawla (MI): The veteran leggie, who was roped in to use as the impact sub, has delivered whenever called upon into action and made his spot in the side permanent. With 9 wickets in 6 matches, Chawla is the highest wicket-taker for MI this season.
