GT vs MI: Gujarat Titans (GT) will lock horns with Mumbai Indians (MI) in the fifth match of IPL 2024. The game will go all guns blazing at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on March 24, Sunday at 7:30 PM (IST).
The Ahmedabad-based franchise made their IPL debut in 2022 season. Notably, they won the title in their debut season under Hardik Pandya's captaincy. 4. Suryakumar Yadav: It is no secret that Suryakumar Yadav has been the ultimate batting weapon for Mumbai Indians over the last few seasons now. Popularly known as India's Mr 360 because of his ability to play shots all around the ground, Suryakumar will be licking his lips to score a chunk of runs for the team in IPL 2024.
The 33-year-old, who is the No.1 batter in ICC T20I rankings is the player to watch out for against GT. He mustered 3249 runs at an average of 31.9 and a strike rate of 143.3, laced with 1 century and 21 fifties.
