Hardik confirmed his relationship with Mahieka in October last year, shortly after speculation about their dating surfaced online. The couple have since made a handful of public appearances together, including an event in Mumbai where they were photographed arriving hand in hand.

Recent engagement rumours were addressed by Mahieka on social media, where she clarified that no such announcement had been made.

Hardik was previously married to actor Natasa Stankovic. The two tied the knot in 2020 and welcomed their son, Agastya, later that year. They separated after four years of marriage.
