The Hong Kong Sixes 2025 is an electrifying, fast-paced cricket tournament held at Mission Road Ground in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, running from November 7 to 9, 2025.
Featuring 12 international teams, this six-a-side format pushes the limits of the traditional game, with each match lasting just 45 minutes and featuring six overs per side. Every player-except the wicketkeeper- must bowl an over, with aggressive batting and quick decision-making making each ball crucial.
The group stage divides teams into four pools, with the leading two from each group advancing to the quarter-finals while the third-placed teams contest the Bowl league. Quarter-final losers get a second chance in the Plate semi-finals, ensuring continuous action and opportunities for every squad. Sri Lanka, the defending champions, won the last edition in 2024.
Hong Kong Sixes is known for explosive play, featuring top names like Dinesh Karthik and Ashwin.
