IND vs AFG: India found themselves battling in not one but two Super Overs against Afghanistan in the third T20I at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday, January 17.
India recovered from 22/4 to finish at 212/4 at the end of 20 overs. In reply, Afghanistan matches India's total to activate the Super Over. India and Afghanistan scored 16 runs each in the first Super Over, as a second Super was initiated.

This time around, India batted first and set a 12-run target for Afghanistan who could manage just one run. The result also ensured India's unbeaten record in Super Overs of T20I cricket.
The Men in Blue have find themselves in a Super Over scenario on as many as three occasions. In total India have been part of five tied T20I matches. They have emerged victorious in four of them, while one match against New Zealand ended in tie as the game could not resume due to heavy rain and India were at par with the DLS scored by then.
