HPCA Stadium Stats and Records: The venue in Dharamsala played host to it's first-ever ODI World Cup match with a clash between the Asian rivals Bangladesh and Afghanistan in the third match of ICC World Cup 2023 on October 7.
With its picturesque views, Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium is one of the newest stadiums in the country. The venue has been a regular feature in India's home international calendar since 2013, when England visited for an ODI.

With a 64-metre boundary, fans are at the heart of the action and high-scoring innings can be expected in the stadium's matches right from the opener between Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
The venue also hosted two big games in India vs New Zealand followed by Australia vs New Zealand. In total, the venue hosted five matches with South Africa vs Netherlands and England vs Bangladesh being the remaining two fixtures.
While the HPCA Stadium hosts the World Cup matches for the first time, the venue has 17 international matches and many IPL matches so far. A total of 10 ODI matches have been held so far at the venue with the one being washed out due to rain.
