ICC ODI World Cup 2023: The 13th edition of the World Cup 2023 is set to begin in India from October 5 and Pakistan are set to walk in the tournament as one of the favourites.

The Pakistan side is well known for bringing its A-game at the ICC event and they turn the tables around quite often. However, this time around they have been recognised as the favourites from the very beginning because of the subcontinent conditions and the well-balanced team they have.

Babar Azam's side faced a major blow by losing Naseem Shah - one of their pacers of the world-famous trio also consisting of Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah. Experienced Hasan Ali has been added into the squad but he is making a comeback after a gap of more than one year.
