ICC T20I Rankings: India left-arm spinner Axar Patel has jumped a place to third spot in the latest T20I rankings for bowlers released by the ICC on Wednesday, May 29.
Ravi Bishnoi, who hasn't been picked in the India squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, also jumped a place to fifth, Sri Lanka tweaker Maheesh Theekshana is the new world number four T20I bowler.

England's Adil Rashid and Sri Lanka's Wanindu Hasaranga complete the top five list. Australia's Josh Hazlewood and England's Reece Topley are the only two pacers in the top ten list.
India pacer Arshdeep Singh has also jumped three places to 16th. The left-arm fast bowler is one of the three specialist pacers picked by India for the T20 World Cup 2024 which starts from June 2 in the USA and the West Indies. Kuldeep Yadav is ranked 24th, and Yuzvendra Chahal 51st.
Among batters, Suryakumar Yadav is set to walk into the T20 World Cup 2024 as the number one ranked batter in the world. He is followed by England's Phil Salt, and Pakistan stars Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam at number three and four respectively.
South Africa captain Aiden Markram is fifth, while young India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal is holding the sixth spot. England captain Jos Buttler moved a place to seventh, and West Indies star Brandon King jumped five places to eight after stellar outings against South Africa.
Ruturaj Gaikwad, who isn't part of India's World Cup squad is ranked 11th. Rinku Singh is the fourth-highest ranked India batter in the latest T20I rankings for batters. He has dropped a place to 32nd.
