Bangladesh's 2-0 sweep of Pakistan in Sylhet has triggered significant movement in the ICC Men's Test Batting Rankings and ICC Men's Test Bowling Rankings, with standout performances also boosting the team's position to fifth in the ICC World Test Championship standings.
Mushfiqur Rahim and Litton Das, who both hit centuries in the second Test, have made the biggest batting gains in the ICC Men's Test Batting Rankings. Mushfiqur compiled scores of 23 and 137 in Sylhet, finishing the two-match series with 253 runs and the Player of the Series award.

Pakistan's batters also registered modest rises in the ICC Men's Test Batting Rankings despite the series loss. Captain Shan Masood and middle-order batter Salman Ali Agha recorded identical scores of 21 and 71 across the two innings of the second Test, taking Masood to 44th and Salman to 27th.
