The second edition of the ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup is set to begin on 18 January 2025 and promises to showcase the best young talent in women's cricket.
After a thrilling inaugural tournament in South Africa in 2023, the stage is now set in Malaysia, with 16 teams battling for glory.

The tournament begins with the group stage followed by the Super 6, semi-finals, and the final.
Teams are divided into four groups of four. Each team plays the other three in their group. The top three teams from each group advance to the Super 6, while the fourth-placed teams compete for 13th-16th positions.
The 12 qualified teams are divided into two groups of six. Teams carry over their group-stage results against other qualified teams and play those they haven't faced yet. The top two teams from each Super 6 group qualify for the semi-finals.
All venues will also host Super 6 and play-off matches, with the final stages taking place at Pandamaran.

G Kamalini: India's prodigal cricketer, 16-year-old G Kamalini will be in action and a lot is expected from the southpaw as she takes the centre stage.
Maggie Clark (Australia): The leading wicket-taker of the 2023 tournament returns for her second U19 World Cup.
Karabo Meso (South Africa): Another standout from 2023, known for her consistency behind the stumps, Karabo Meso can be a potent performer for South Africa in the tournament.
