Pakistan may have opened their ICC World Cup 2023 campaign with two wins in two matches, but all may be not well in the camp as the team's foreign coaches are reportedly unhappy with chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq's interference.
According to a report from Cricket Pakistan, the former captain, who is now the chief selector, advised players during practice sessions and also got involved in the team selection for the first two World Cup 2023 matches.

The report further added that Inzamam's involvement has not gone well with the foreign coaches, who have concealed their concerns for the team's greater good. The playing 11 selection is usually done by the touring selection comittee with the coach and captain involved.
The current foreign coaches for the Pakistan team are Grant Bradburn (Head Coach), Andrew Puttick (Batting Coach) and Morne Morkel (Bowling Coach). Some of them are feeling uncertain after changes in the board with their future set to be determined post the World Cup.
Coming back to Pakistan's performance so far, the Babar Azam-led side eased to an 81-run in their opening game against Netherlands riding on an all round bowling effort and fifties from Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel.
On October 10, Abdullah Shafique and Rizwan's hundreds helped Pakistan pull off the highest run chase in World Cup history against Sri Lanka in the second match by 6 wickets.
The team finished on a high in their two matches at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad and have now arrived in Ahmedabad for the high-voltage clash against their arch-rivals India at the world's largest cricket stadium - Narendra Modi Stadium on Saturday (October 14).
